Job Title: Starlink Enterprise Account Lead

At SpaceX, we're revolutionizing the way people connect to the internet. As a Starlink Enterprise Account Lead, you'll be the primary point of contact for our growing base of enterprise customers in the LATAM region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service, including efficient issue resolution and relationship building
  • Collecting and communicating customer feedback to influence product development and growth
  • Retaining and growing the value of LATAM accounts in hardware and service revenue
  • Acting as an extreme owner of assigned accounts to realize forecasted revenue

We're looking for a self-starter with a passion for making customers happy and connecting enterprises with Starlink. If you have a strong background in customer-facing roles, consulting, or project management, and experience in industries like reseller, maritime, aviation, or satellite communications, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of consulting or project management experience
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Significant knowledge or experience in one of the mentioned industries
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to read contract documents and discern requirements

Additional Requirements:

  • Availability to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year. Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, including company stock and stock options.
