Seeking a Passionate BCBA Clinical Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate effectively with fellow ABA professionals.
  • Act as a mentor and role model for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), demonstrating clinical best practices.
  • Guide the provision of high-quality comprehensive ABA services, utilizing data-driven decision-making.
  • Apply clinical judgment to address learner needs, facilitating meaningful progress.
  • Conduct staff training, identifying essential training requirements and developing effective training strategies.
  • Ensure transparent client progress through detailed documentation of behavioral services and outcomes.

**Qualifications:**

  • Active BCBA certification with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
