Job Summary:
The Financial Manager - Corporate Accounts is a key role within the Ecolab organization, responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to the Corporate Accounts/Field Sales organization. This position requires a strong understanding of financial analysis and decision-making, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Margin Enhancement: Collaborate with Corporate Accounts and Field Sales teams to provide financial support in areas such as deal analysis, contract negotiations, and profit management review and approvals.
- Financial Analysis and Support: Partner with FP&A, Marketing, and RD&E teams to lead financial support in areas such as new product pricing and margin analysis, market/customer P&L's, and product portfolio strategy.
- Process Improvement: Manage, improve, and lead processes to ensure proper controls and audit requirements are adhered to.
- Team Management: Manage team members' workflow, including development, training, contract administration, and shared services communication.
- Project Management: Lead project management activities as identified by management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 7 years of financial analysis experience.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Hyperion; ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and prepare and present information to various audiences.
