Physiq Fitness is seeking dedicated part-time team members to assist during evening and weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities

The welcome desk serves as the initial point of contact for our members, presenting an opportunity to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage incoming calls and facilitate member connections
  • Exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
Expectations and Duties

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting members warmly upon arrival and bidding them farewell as they leave
  • Addressing customer inquiries and needs effectively
  • Fostering a welcoming gym atmosphere
  • Utilizing a point-of-sale system proficiently
  • Answering phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Coordinating consultations for prospective members
  • Understanding and explaining various membership options
  • Having a basic knowledge of the gym layout
  • Being familiar with classes and amenities available
  • Maintaining cleanliness of equipment to meet company standards
