Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

At DWFritz, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, this role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all who interact with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site reception services, ensuring visitor security procedures are followed.
  • Offer world-class service to clients, visitors, and staff through professional, friendly, and helpful communication.
  • Support staff with travel needs, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Order catering for on-site events and meetings, and assist with set-up and clean-up of conference spaces.
  • Maintain and organize seating charts and office supply room, and place orders for office supplies.
  • Reconcile credit card statements for all purchases on the corporate card.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and Outlook.
