Job Title: Test Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team at Softworld, a Kelly Company. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure software functionality and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Analyze and report test results to stakeholders
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
