At Snapx, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Systems Specialist to join our maintenance and engineering team. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to ensure the highest level of quality and performance in our test systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain test systems for consumer electronics
  • Analyze technical requirements and effort associated with test systems and products
  • Generate engineering documents, including schematics, diagnostics flowcharts, and project status reports
  • Configure and calibrate test systems
  • Troubleshoot test systems and find root cause of problems and resolve
  • Monitor performance of the tester and improve tester performance
  • Report software bugs to the development team
  • Implement new software into test systems and upgrade software and hardware as needed

Requirements:

  • B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 2 years of experience in test engineering
  • Clear and discriminatory approach to solving engineering problems
  • Understanding of analog, digital, and microprocessor circuits
  • Understanding of Android/iOS phones testing is a plus
  • Knowledge of LEAN is helpful
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to interact professionally with the customer in written and verbal communications
