Key Responsibilities- Support and maintain test systems for consumer electronics, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Analyze technical requirements and effort associated with test systems and products, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Generate engineering documents, including schematics, diagnostics, flowcharts, and project status reports, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Configure and calibrate test systems, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
- Troubleshoot test systems and identify root causes of problems, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor performance of test systems and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Report software bugs to the development team, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime.
- Implement new software and hardware upgrades into test systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology may be considered).
- 0-2 years of experience in test engineering, with a strong understanding of troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Basic level understanding of analog, digital, and microprocessor circuits, with a clear and discriminatory approach to solving engineering problems.
- Understanding of Android/IOS Phones Testing is a plus, as is knowledge of LEAN principles.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and interact professionally with customers in written and verbal communications.
