Customer Service Coordinator - Heavy Equipment

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support for our heavy equipment customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and staff as a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective communication of service status updates to customers
  • Research and resolve customer questions, concerns, and suggestions related to the service experience
  • Work collaboratively with customers and staff to ensure Legendary Customer Service outcomes
  • Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of clerical support experience required
  • GED or High School diploma preferred
  • Proficiency with computers (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work the hours of 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent attendance and work performance
Additional Requirements:
  • Technical knowledge of heavy equipment components and familiarity with the operation of most Caterpillar machines
  • Experience with DBS is helpful
  • Valid driver's license required
