Job Summary

Guardian Fueling Technologies LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Petroleum Construction Foreman to lead and manage the construction and installation of equipment in accordance with federal, state, and company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the construction and installation of equipment, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction and installation personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, vendors, sub-contractors, local and state regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure a safe working environment and maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction and installation process.
  • Operations Management: Monitor and maintain schedules for crew and subcontractors, document daily activities, and maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Procurement: Procure equipment and supplies needed, plan out projects to minimize costs, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and regulations, including obtaining and maintaining a DOT Medical Card.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in construction and installation, with a focus on petroleum handling and equipment installation.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, multitasking and task prioritization, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Certification and training from petroleum equipment manufacturers a plus.
Work Environment

This role operates in a warehouse, office, or outdoor environment (construction site). The successful candidate should be able to lift 25 pounds, move across the construction site without stopping, and stand on a job site for an extended period if needed.

Travel

Minimal, local travel is expected for this position.
