Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Grid Integration, the Grid Integration Coordinator will be instrumental in facilitating interconnection and transmission operations for Cordelio's extensive portfolio of utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects across North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring critical interconnection project data, maintaining grid integration performance dashboards, and developing standardized project tracking protocols throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Approvals & Reporting: Ensure the effective execution of interconnection-related agreements while adhering to internal compliance standards.
  • Project Dashboard Management: Regularly update and maintain the project interconnection dashboard, showcasing relevant metrics and performance indicators.
  • Generator Interconnection Request Tracking: Oversee and update the generator interconnection request tracker.
  • Security Management: Track and manage outstanding letters of credit and cash deposits, ensuring compliance with interconnection agreements.
  • ISO/RTO Payment Coordination: Assist in organizing interconnection-related payments and stay informed about changes in project deposits and fees.
  • Support for Project Finance: Collaborate with the project finance team by providing necessary inputs and analyzing financial data for project evaluations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficient in the MS 365 Platform, including SharePoint and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear presentations and standard operating procedures.
  • Experience in handling large datasets and deriving insights using Excel.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Interest in renewable energy markets and project development.
  • Relevant background in business administration or corporate operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Experience & Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or engineering; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a corporate setting.

Travel Expectations

  • Willingness to travel up to 15%, primarily within the U.S. and Canada, for stakeholder meetings and conferences.

Work Location

  • This position offers flexibility to work from various office locations or remotely.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $85,000 annually, based on experience.
