WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Business Integration Project Manager is tasked with overseeing and executing the integration process for newly acquired entities within Relation Insurance Services. This role collaborates closely with leaders across various business units and corporate functions (such as Operations, IT, Legal, and Human Resources) to define and implement Relation's integration strategy and execution plan. The Project Manager plays a critical role in managing project performance, including cost, scope, schedule, quality, and other essential project management activities.

A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY

  • Collaborates with business unit leaders and corporate executives to define the integration strategy, operational efficiencies, and key performance indicators for each acquisition.
  • Assists in crafting and refining integration plans that leverage previous experiences and industry best practices.
  • Oversees integration plans and ensures adherence to project timelines, working closely with business unit leaders, corporate executives, and cross-functional project teams.
  • Facilitates the daily execution of the integration process, including managing regular team meetings, following up with operational leaders, and driving resolution of issues.
  • Develops key tracking metrics aligned with integration plans.
  • Delivers summary integration plans and reports on progress and key metrics to senior management.
  • Creates and manages project risk and issue management plans, analyzing risks by probability and impact to inform delivery strategies. Implements procedures to mitigate identified risks.
  • Works with management to develop, communicate, and implement actionable plans for systems, processes, and personnel to support the rapid growth of the organization.
  • Builds and maintains trusted relationships with key clients (both internal and external), partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensures an exceptional onboarding experience so that stakeholders from acquired companies enthusiastically endorse Relation to others.
  • Promotes a success-oriented, accountable culture within the organization.
  • Acts as a representative of the company with clients and business partners.
  • Engages in special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects.
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools is preferred.
  • Experience in the insurance sector is highly desirable.
  • Ability to coordinate complex projects, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various business functions such as Operations, IT, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and public speaking skills, both prepared and spontaneous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and achieving organizational goals.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain productive relationships both internally and externally.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
