Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Grid Integration, the Grid Integration Coordinator will be instrumental in facilitating interconnection and transmission operations for Cordelio's extensive portfolio of utility-scale wind, solar, and battery energy storage initiatives across North America. This role involves maintaining comprehensive tracking of critical interconnection project data, developing grid integration KPI dashboards, and establishing standardized project tracking protocols throughout the entire project development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Approvals & Reporting: Oversee the approval process and execution of interconnection-related agreements, ensuring adherence to internal compliance standards.
- Project Dashboard Management: Regularly update and maintain the project interconnection dashboard, providing relevant metrics and progress reports for effective tracking.
- Generator Interconnection Request Tracking: Manage and update the generator interconnection request (GIR) tracker.
- Security Monitoring: Supervise outstanding letters of credit and cash deposits, ensuring compliance with interconnection agreement requirements.
- Payment Coordination: Assist the payments team in organizing interconnection-related financial transactions and monitor changes in project deposits and fees.
- Support for Project Finance: Collaborate with the project finance team by coordinating data inputs and assisting in financial analyses for project evaluations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in the MS 365 Platform, including SharePoint and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear presentations and documentation.
- Experience working with large datasets, utilizing Excel for data analysis and trend identification.
- Strong collaborative skills in a cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities to manage documentation and project timelines.
- Interest in renewable energy markets and project development processes.
- Relevant background in business administration or corporate operations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Combination of project management and financial analysis skills is essential.
- Ability to interpret utility regulatory tariffs and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or engineering. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate setting.
Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 15%, primarily within the U.S. and Canada, for stakeholder meetings and company events.
Work Location
- This position offers flexibility to work from various office locations or remotely.

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 annually, with final compensation determined based on experience.
