In the role of Construction Project Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Rebuild and Construction teams to ensure that projects are executed smoothly, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, and follow up on payments for services provided. A successful candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate job schedules with clients and the construction team to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Review time sheets to verify that job-related expenses are accurate.
  • Engage in team meetings to share project updates and gain insights from fellow team members.
  • Utilize project management software to create jobs, ensuring crews have the necessary information.
  • Assist clients in understanding the insurance process and address any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain proper documentation within job files.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure comprehensive understanding of project scope.

Typical Work Schedule: Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 base, plus attractive bonus potential for high achievers.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • At least 1 year of experience in construction project coordination or related fieldwork.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in collections.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
  • Proficient in office technology and equipment, with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Strong task management and prioritization skills.
  • Basic math skills and understanding of fundamental financial concepts.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to learn and operate primary software systems: DASH, Xactimate, TSheets, and T&M Pro.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
