Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Experience working within a franchisor organization, preferably a QSR brand.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong negotiating and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
