Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and team members to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Prepare and maintain essential project documentation, including contracts, permits, and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, tracking deliverables and making necessary adjustments.
  • Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables, ensuring progress is tracked effectively.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.
  • Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and regulations on construction sites.
  • Assist in resolving potential issues or risks to minimize impact on project deliverables.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction sector, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and legal requirements.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with construction management software.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse groups, including architects, contractors, and engineers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or CAPM, is a plus.
