Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years of construction experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a management or leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Qualifications: Valid driver's license, knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites, and in-depth understanding of construction operations and processes.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Physical Demands: Ability to spend time bending or twisting the body, climbing ladders, scaffolds, or poles, keeping or regaining balance, kneeling, crouching, stooping, or crawling, making repetitive motions, and standing.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent travel to job sites throughout the US.
