Customer Service Specialist

At The Tranzonic Companies, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences across our diverse portfolio of manufacturing and sales companies. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order processing, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.
  • Monitor and manage customer accounts, including processing returns, exchanges, and credits as necessary.
  • Provide product support and troubleshooting assistance to customers as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual - Spanish, preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.

Compensation for this position is $21.00 per hour, based on individual states' employment laws. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate, including experience and location.
