Job Overview

Lenny Learning is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships & Growth Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing our partnership engagement strategy, focusing on expansion into K-12 school districts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school district administrators, teachers, and parents.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and update CRM systems to support efficient program scheduling, communication, and implementation.
  • Lead RFP and RFI initiatives to secure new growth opportunities.
  • Engage in contract and invoicing operations to ensure smooth collaboration and financial operations.
  • Support customer onboarding and provide ongoing assistance to enhance their experience and success.
  • Participate in conferences and networking events to build relationships and promote our programs and services.
  • Drive impact and community transformation by coordinating our grant program and identifying funding opportunities for schools in need.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of startup experience or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience working with AI tools.
  • Highly organized and relationship-oriented individual.
  • Comfort with presenting to high-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with Notion, Substack, and other apps.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to create and design social media campaigns.
  • Can operate well under uncertainty and in a small, early-stage team.
  • Low ego and ability to work in a team environment.
