CState Complete Student Connector Job Description

Cincinnati State is launching a new program, CState Complete, to support students who have stopped out and want to return to campus to complete their degrees. As a CState Complete Student Connector, you will be the first point of contact for these students and play a crucial role in their reconnection journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with stopped out students and provide them with support and guidance
  • Collaborate with the CState Complete Reconnection Team to ensure a smooth student handoff
  • Engage with the CState Complete student advisory board to inform program development
  • Other duties as assigned by the CState Complete Reconnection Team Leader

Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled student at Cincinnati State with at least 30 credit hours earned
  • In good academic standing
  • Actively involved in student activities on campus
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Established social media presence
  • Customer service experience
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher

Reports To: CState Complete Reconnection Team Leader

Compensation: $15/hour (Grant Funded)

Contract Affiliation: N/A

Status: Part time, not to exceed 10 hours/week during fall, spring and summer semesters
