Job Summary

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled PC Technician to support the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD)/United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) Information Technology (IT) Enterprise Services (NITES) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch IT support to ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level technical support for computer hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
  • Implement and manage ITIL-compliant Service Desk systems to collect, track, and manage incidents and service requests.
  • Develop and provide procedures for receiving and responding to incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the government to ensure compliance with DoD Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF) and N&NC policy.
  • Provide a single point of contact for all IT-related issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related field; IAT Level II Security Certification required.
  • Experience working in a military environment and communicating with mid-to-senior level military members highly desired.
  • Secret clearance required.

What We Offer

SAIC offers a competitive salary range of $40,001 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
