Position Overview

Senior Intelligence Analyst - International Collaboration

Clearance Required:
TS/SCI w/CI Poly

Join our team in supporting the oversight and management of critical national security watchlists, including the Terrorist Watchlist, as part of a multi-agency initiative led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Our organization collaborates with various federal entities to enhance the security of the United States and its allies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation and management of terrorist screening information sharing arrangements with trusted international partners to bolster national security.
  • Ensure the effective execution of information sharing protocols to maximize the security benefits for both the U.S. and partner nations.
  • Collaborate with international partners and FBI Legal Attachés to provide comprehensive training on the exchange and utilization of terrorist screening information.
  • Collect and analyze metrics related to international information sharing efforts, producing analytical reports for dissemination within the intelligence community.
  • Act as a resource for authoring non-country specific reports and coordinating with the Intelligence Unit.
  • Conduct various analytical functions, presenting findings and recommendations to management to support the mission of the unit.
  • Enhance the accuracy and value of analytical products, providing management with evaluation materials for effective program oversight.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to advise executive management on sensitive issues, including the preparation of formal reports and presentations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience demonstrating:


o Comprehensive understanding of management principles and organizational practices, including administrative procedures relevant to operational responsibilities.


o Proficiency in applying analytical techniques to identify and resolve procedural or factual issues.


o Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative analytical methods, including literature searches, productivity analysis, and statistical evaluations.


  • In-depth knowledge in areas such as watchlisting, identity analysis, intelligence operations, law enforcement, or national security disciplines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience in conducting interviews to gather information about organizational functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
