Position Overview

Senior Intelligence Analyst - Visa Review and Revocation

Clearance Requirement:
TS/SCI w/CI Poly

Join our team to support the oversight and management of the US Government's Terrorist Watchlist, also known as the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB), along with other critical national security watchlists. This role is integral to a multi-agency organization administered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and supported by various federal entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the Visa Review and Revocation (VRR) process for screening and identity verification of visa, refugee, and US Passport applicants against the watchlist.
  • Provide analytical insights during the initial visa application process and assess potential revocation of previously issued visas.
  • Focus on identity verification and intelligence coordination regarding national security threats, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Conduct thorough searches across multiple database systems to gather relevant data on specific subjects, ensuring adherence to quality assurance and data integrity standards.


Contribute to the integration of findings into electronic systems and perform a variety of detailed analytical functions in compliance with applicable laws, executive orders, directives, and policies.


  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide guidance to executive management on sensitive issues, including preparing comprehensive reports, briefings, and visual data presentations.
  • Plan and oversee team projects, negotiating with management to implement recommendations that require significant resources and procedural changes.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience demonstrating:


o Advanced knowledge and expertise in applying qualitative and quantitative methods for program assessment and enhancement of complex management processes.

o In-depth understanding of research methodologies, survey techniques, and analytical concepts.


o Comprehensive knowledge of administrative laws, executive orders, directives, policies, and regulations relevant to TSC operations.


  • Extensive expertise in one or more of the following areas: watchlisting, identity analysis, intelligence, law enforcement, military operations, and national security (including counterterrorism and counterintelligence).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
