Senior Intelligence Analyst - TSOC Specialist

Provide support to the Terrorist Screening Center (TSC) in overseeing and managing the United States Government's (USG) Terrorist Watchlist, also referred to as the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB), along with other national security watchlists. The TSC operates as a multi-agency entity administered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) with contributions from:
the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of State (DOS), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
Responsibilities
Deliver continuous support to the Terrorist Screening Operations Center (TSOC) as a 24/7 encounter management identity resolution focal point for all interactions with potential national security threats identified by partner screening agencies, both domestically and internationally.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to establish priorities and plans across the contract, engaging with clients to comprehend evolving needs and requirements.
Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to fulfill 24/7 requirements and priorities as determined by TSC Leadership.
Conduct identity resolution for screened individuals, coordinate information dissemination for operational responses, and document encounter data for sharing with partner agencies as necessary.
Emphasize identity resolution, data integrity, and the inclusion of information into electronic systems while performing a variety of complex analytical functions in compliance with various laws, executive orders, directives, and policies.
Address challenging information requests that often involve fragmented data, conducting intricate searches across various database systems to locate relevant information regarding specific subjects or topics.
Manage offline search requests as needed, including thorough research and analysis to compile comprehensive profiles of subjects and recommend follow-up analysis steps.
Input, extract, and manage data within a multi-dimensional database system, providing data upon request for management analysis.
Identify potential data sources and exploit those to acquire and integrate data from various origins into the database structure.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to tactfully and persuasively advise executive management on a variety of sensitive issues; this includes preparing complete, clear, and concise formal and informal reports, correspondence, briefings, charts, tables, and graphs for distribution throughout the TSC and its partner agencies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications
Required:
A Master's Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience:
o Expert knowledge and mastery in applying a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessing and enhancing program effectiveness and improving complex management processes, systems, and procedures.
o Mastery of applicable theories, principles, practices, approaches, and techniques related to research, survey methodology, and analytical concepts.
o Comprehensive understanding of national security and administrative laws, executive orders, directives, policies, regulations, and precedents relevant to TSC program administration.
Extensive knowledge in one or more of the following areas: watchlisting, identity analysis, intelligence, law enforcement, United States military, and/or national security (including counterterrorism, counterintelligence, transnational organized crime, and weapons of mass destruction).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.Company Overview
