Senior Intelligence Analyst - Subject Matter Expert
Location: Remote
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Poly
Join our team in supporting the oversight and management of the U.S. Government's Terrorist Watchlist, also referred to as the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB), along with other critical national security watchlists. This role is integral to a multi-agency organization administered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and collaborates with various federal entities including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of State (DOS), and the Department of Justice (DOJ).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Special Project Team (SPT) to execute consolidated watchlisting and screening for all National Security Threats through effective information sharing and encounter management.
- Work closely with project management to establish priorities and plans, engaging with stakeholders to adapt to evolving needs and requirements.
- Act as a resource in the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of national security threat watchlisting, along with other related matters.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and reports assessing the effectiveness of national security watchlisting.
- Facilitate training for law enforcement and intelligence community personnel on utilizing watchlisting as a layered tripwire system.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to tactfully advise and guide executive management on sensitive issues; this includes preparing comprehensive reports, briefings, and visual aids for distribution across partner agencies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- A Master's Degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
o In-depth knowledge and expertise in applying a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods for assessing and enhancing program effectiveness and improving complex management processes.
o Mastery of applicable theories, principles, practices, and techniques in research, survey methodology, and analytical concepts.
o Comprehensive understanding of national security and administrative laws, executive orders, directives, policies, regulations, and precedents relevant to TSC program administration.
- Extensive knowledge in one or more of the following areas: watchlisting, identity analysis, intelligence, law enforcement, U.S. military, and/or national security (including counterterrorism, counterintelligence, transnational organized crime, and weapons of mass destruction).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
