Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair Kastle's access control systems, security components, and IP Video Solutions.
  • Ensure clients have complete trust in the Kastle System through effective communication and support.
  • Document completed tasks accurately and collaborate with management to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment, along with personal tool assignments.
  • Safeguard and manage keys for client properties.
Qualifications

Essential Experience:

  • A minimum of five years in alarm systems, access control, IP Video, and Networking.
  • A proven history of reliability and consistent attendance in previous positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and complete assignments with minimal oversight.
  • Knowledge of building codes related to construction, fire safety, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Expertise in Networking, Computers, Alarm systems, Access Controls, and CCTV.
  • Familiarity with basic programming concepts.
  • Willingness to participate in 24-hour on-call service rotations.
  • Thorough understanding of installation methods.
  • Experience with electronic testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Proficient in MS Windows 7, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Successful completion of Kastle's Training program.
  • Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with metering devices.
  • Physical capability to climb stairs and ladders, and lift tools and equipment weighing up to seventy-five pounds.
  • Ability to distinguish colors is essential.
  • Capability to maintain accurate daily records and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Self-driven with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Availability for overtime, evening, and weekend work as required.
