Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair Kastle's access control systems, security components, and IP Video Systems.
  • Ensure clients have complete trust in the Kastle System through effective communication.
  • Document completed tasks accurately and collaborate with management to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and personal tool assignments.
  • Safeguard and manage building keys for client properties.
Qualifications

REQUIRED ACCREDITATION:

  • Five years of experience in alarm systems, access control, IP Video, and Networking.
  • Proven history of reliability and consistent attendance in previous positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of responsibilities and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with building codes related to construction, fire safety, and electrical systems.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Expertise in Networking, Computers, Alarm systems, Access Controls, and CCTV.
  • Proficiency in basic programming concepts.
  • Willingness to participate in 24-hour on-call rotations for on-site service.
  • Comprehensive understanding of installation techniques.
  • Familiarity with electronic testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Skilled in MS Windows 7, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Successful completion of Kastle's Training curriculum.
  • Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with metering devices.
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders, and lift tools and equipment up to seventy-five pounds.
  • Color distinction ability is essential.
  • Capability to maintain accurate daily records and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Availability for overtime, weeknights, and/or weekend work as needed.
