Job Overview

Position Summary: Resiliency LLC is looking for a skilled Guardrail Foreman/Superintendent to oversee our team in the installation and upkeep of guardrails at various construction sites. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational abilities, capable of performing under challenging weather conditions and willing to travel for extended periods.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of workers
  • Strategically plan and organize tasks to achieve project objectives
  • Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to OSHA standards
  • Operate and maintain construction machinery, including guardrail installation equipment
  • Liaise with transportation officials, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Complete and submit weekly documentation and reports

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Possess a valid CDL driver's license
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • OSHA 10 certification and training in personal protective equipment
  • Forklift operation training
  • Ability to endure extreme weather conditions and travel for overnight assignments
