Job Title: Accounts Payable I

We are seeking a skilled Financial Transaction Specialist to join our team at Professional Management Enterprises. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of office and remote work.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated)

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role will be to process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process AP invoices, ensuring proper approvals and documentation

• Issue A/P checks and reconcile outstanding invoices

• Process expense reports and maintain confidentiality

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and clients

Requirements:

We require a High School graduate with a minimum of 0-2 years' experience in accounts payable and/or receivables. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to abide by company policies.

This is a hybrid position that requires you to be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am-5:00pm and work remotely on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30am-5:30pm.
