They will establish, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care and discharge plans, providing responsible and accountable nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Certifications as required by the unit/area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
