Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and email interactions
  2. Manage internal job files and ensure accuracy and completeness
  3. Prepare estimates and invoices for clients
  4. Coordinate crew and job scheduling
  5. Support other departments as needed

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office-related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on experience: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
