Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive business growth, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, and ensure that all stakeholders are aware of and understand process improvements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and technology-enabled process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure process performance, and use these metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, finance, or business administration.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business transformation and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Black Belt certification in Six Sigma or a related methodology.
  • Experience with process mapping, analysis, and improvement.
  • Knowledge of lean principles and practices.
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.
