We are seeking dedicated automotive service consultants to oversee and guide all service department operations within a retail environment that specializes in selling tires and related automotive components, as well as mechanical services. This role serves as a developmental pathway towards Store Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening and advising customers
  • Follow up with customers regarding services requested and estimated completion times
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and offer detailed recommendations
  • Create computerized repair orders and manage parts sourcing
  • Present and discuss pricing estimates with customers while promoting service specials
  • Lead, manage, and train a team, aligning with our company’s vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed
  • Supervise a team of up to ten employees
  • Oversee technicians in their inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of domestic, European, and Asian vehicles
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary
