Marketing Coordinator

D.R. Horton, Inc., recognized as the largest homebuilder in the United States, is seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator. Founded in 1978 and publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange, our company specializes in the construction and sale of high-quality homes primarily aimed at entry-level and first-time move-up buyers. We also offer mortgage financing and title services through our subsidiaries.

The selected candidate will be responsible for crafting a detailed strategic marketing plan for the division, ensuring consistency in branding. This role involves collaboration with the Sales Manager to develop and oversee marketing and communication strategies, supporting sales area managers and relevant personnel to align marketing efforts with division objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in marketing and sales initiatives, including project positioning, timelines, social media management, advertising, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with external vendors such as signage companies and digital advertising agencies.
  • Work with various departments to create and maintain marketing materials and community branding.
  • Manage and update website content for divisions and communities.
  • Gather estimates and manage the vendor database while organizing community marketing files.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards across all projects.
  • Oversee social media presence and online reputation for all communities.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation and proofreading.
  • Support daily administrative tasks, including invoice reconciliation and inventory management of marketing materials.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing events at sales centers.
  • Assist in training sessions regarding marketing best practices and new tools.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of model homes and sales centers.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Two to four years of relevant experience or training.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with MLS and realtor sites.
