Content Ecosystem Program Manager

The Feed Quality team is dedicated to ensuring that the TikTok feed remains a safe and inclusive space for all users, including younger audiences. This commitment fosters an environment where creators are encouraged to produce high-quality content, ultimately enhancing user satisfaction over time.
Our collaboration with the recommendation and personalization teams aims to customize the feed according to individual interests, striving to elevate the overall happiness of our users. This aligns with TikTok's mission of inspiring creativity and spreading joy.
Responsibilities- Oversee product operations within the TikTok Content Ecosystem Feed Safety team.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of content and associated policies.
- Identify potential ecosystem challenges and work alongside cross-functional teams to enhance the entire workflow, including issue detection, data gathering and analysis, model development, and strategy assessment.
- Grasp the principles and processes of the content recommendation system.
- Support recommendation algorithm teams and data scientists in refining models and optimizing product strategies.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including Product, Policy, Algorithm, Trust and Safety, and Research and Development, to streamline and enhance the efficiency of product strategy iterations.
- 3+ years of experience in product management or operations.
- Ability to comprehend the needs of content consumers, creators, and a diverse user base.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to foster trusted relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated responsibility and persistence, with the capability to transform ambiguous challenges into clear solutions through effective project management and execution.
- Proficient in data analysis with strong logical reasoning abilities.
- A passion for content products; experience in content comprehension, policy formulation, ecological governance, or related governance roles is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
