Key Responsibilities- Identify product opportunities, articulate product challenges, and drive solutions for TikTok's account strategies across various ecosystems.
- Shape the vision and steer the strategic direction of significant investment areas in product development, marketing, operations, customer research, and user experience throughout the TikTok business journey.
- Collaborate effectively with well-defined objectives and milestones across different disciplines to mobilize the right resources, expertise, and experience within cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing and leading teams to achieve results.
- Experience with account management is preferred.
- Strong skills in leadership, communication, and project management.
- Solid understanding of technical implementations and a capacity for adaptive learning in new domains.
- Experience with international and multilingual content products.
- Background in developing and expanding diverse content offerings.
- Experience with enterprise-level platforms.
