The TikTok Core Product team is dedicated to delivering exceptional user experiences for content creation, consumption, and enjoyment on the platform.

This team plays a crucial role in enhancing the reliability, scalability, and security of TikTok's account framework.

We are seeking a Product Manager to spearhead initiatives related to user accounts, overseeing the entire spectrum from infrastructure to applications, and elevating the TikTok ecosystem accounts to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify product opportunities, articulate product challenges, and drive solutions for TikTok's account strategies across various ecosystems.
  • Shape the vision and steer the strategic direction of significant investment areas in product development, marketing, operations, customer research, and user experience throughout the TikTok business journey.
  • Collaborate effectively with well-defined objectives and milestones across different disciplines to mobilize the right resources, expertise, and experience within cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing and leading teams to achieve results.
  • Experience with account management is preferred.
  • Strong skills in leadership, communication, and project management.
  • Solid understanding of technical implementations and a capacity for adaptive learning in new domains.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with international and multilingual content products.
  • Background in developing and expanding diverse content offerings.
  • Experience with enterprise-level platforms.
