About the Feed Quality Team
The Feed Quality team is committed to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all TikTok users, including minors. Our efforts promote quality content creation and enhance user satisfaction. We collaborate closely with the recommendation and personalization teams to tailor the feed to user interests, aligning with our mission to inspire creativity and joy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee product operations within the TikTok Content Ecosystem Feed Safety team, possessing a deep understanding of content and related policies.
- Identify potential ecosystem challenges and work with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, including issue identification, data analysis, model development, and strategy evaluation.
- Comprehend the philosophy and processes of content recommendation systems, assisting algorithm teams and data scientists in model iteration and product strategy optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, Policy, Algorithm, Trust and Safety, and R&D teams to refine and improve product strategy efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management or operations.
- Ability to understand the needs of diverse content consumers and creators.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to build trusted relationships across teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for content products; experience in content understanding, policy design, and governance roles is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
