Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Associates Asset Recovery. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting data and making changes to existing data figures in our digital databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database with precision and accuracy.
  • Update customer information in a database with minimal errors.
  • Organize existing data in a spreadsheet to ensure efficient data management.
  • Verify outdated data and make necessary changes to records to maintain data integrity.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and maintain accuracy.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including typing and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
