The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Culinary Support Specialist collaborates with the Baker & Froster to guarantee that our guests receive the finest quality cakes consistently. This role is essential in achieving superior service by fulfilling production requirements. By adhering to proprietary recipes, NbC production techniques, and food safety protocols, the Culinary Support Specialist aids the Baker and Froster in the meticulous process of crafting our delectable cakes available in various flavors and sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executes NbC proprietary recipes and cake production techniques with accuracy to meet productivity targets.

2. Skillfully utilizes measuring tools, commercial-grade mixers, ovens, and other equipment to bake and frost cakes.

3. Assists the baker in preparing raw ingredients and equipment for baking, placing cake pans into preheated ovens, and monitoring the baking process.

4. Collaborates with the baker & froster on daily production schedules and procedures.

5. Ensures proper packaging, labeling, and storage of cakes, adhering to product rotation standards.

6. Cleans, sanitizes, and replenishes the workstation, including pans, dishes, and utensils, to ensure readiness for the next shift.

7. Complies with all health and safety regulations as well as NbC policies, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.

8. Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality.

6. Strong attention to detail and discipline in adhering to health and safety practices.

7. Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. While formal education or prior experience is not mandatory, experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food service environment is advantageous.

Work Availability:

Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential based on business needs.
