About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader/Restaurant Operations Manager to join our Dunkin' team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Environment:
    • Support a positive and respectful team environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members.
    • Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results with team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards a common objective.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to crew members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Create and maintain a customer-centric culture in the restaurant, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Ensure that all restaurant standards, recipes, and systems are executed consistently, maintaining high-quality products and services.
    • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines, complying with local and state laws.
  • Profitability:
    • Drive sales growth by executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives, increasing revenue and profitability.
    • Manage cash handling and inventory, ensuring accurate records and minimizing losses.
    • Ensure that all products are prepared according to Dunkin' standards, maintaining high-quality products and services.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • Math and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
  • High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
