The Prep Cook is responsible for delivering consistent quality in food preparation under the guidance of the Kitchen Supervisors and Sous Chef. This role involves managing a designated station during a specific shift, ensuring all food items are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare all menu items in accordance with established recipes and proper handling procedures.
  2. Maintain accurate ASI HACCP Time and Temperature records.
  3. Label, date, and cover all food items designated for preparation.
  4. Adhere to safety standards consistently.
  5. Conserve energy and minimize unnecessary usage.
  6. Ensure all food items presented are of the highest quality and visually appealing.
  7. Conduct daily taste tests as directed by the Supervisor.
  8. Facilitate the efficient flow of food from the kitchen to service staff.
  9. Strictly follow company recipes, procedures, and usage records.
  10. Complete any reasonable tasks assigned by management within the associate's capabilities.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
