Key Responsibilities:
  • Field Issue Resolution: Proactively engage in troubleshooting field challenges related to product efficiency and client satisfaction. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure prompt solutions.
  • New Product Assistance: Supervise the readiness of new products and facilitate successful deployments, ensuring dependability and client satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct product service orientations and client visits to bolster sales initiatives and guarantee customer contentment with our offerings.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly articulate requirements for product adjustments, enhancements, and modifications to relevant departments including Service Management, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing.
  • Training and Development: Deliver advanced technical and operational training for service technicians through the dealer network, promoting effective problem-solving systems.
  • Warranty Oversight: Manage warranty policy adjustments within established guidelines to ensure equitable customer treatment and professional cost management.
  • Territory Oversight: Efficiently manage personal time, territory, and travel expenditures.
  • Critical Issue Management: Facilitate rapid response for addressing urgent issues effectively.
Candidate Profile:
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical information with clarity.
  • Analytical Thinker: Possess robust analytical abilities to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Client-Centric: Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive support and service.

  • Team Leader: Capable of training and mentoring service technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with over 10 years of technical/customer service experience in the material handling or mobile equipment sector; Automated Guided Vehicle experience is a plus.
  • A 4-year BS degree in a related field is preferred with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; Automated Guided Vehicle experience is a plus.
Skills, Experience & Competencies:
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in electrical, hydraulic, engine, transmission, control systems, and product design principles.
  • Problem Solving: Experience in defining problems and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Facilitation and Negotiation: Strong skills in facilitation and negotiation.
  • Communication Proficiency: Skilled in oral, written, and digital communication.
  • Industry Background: Previous experience with lift trucks or related products.
