Position Summary

The Clinical Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that all activities align with the organization's goals. This position involves supervising clinic staff and collaborating with healthcare providers to enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Regional Administrator to develop and implement the clinic's mission, adapting to the evolving needs of the community.

2. Assist in formulating and updating strategic plans that support the clinic's objectives and philosophy.

3. Monitor medical activities in coordination with the medical staff and administrative team to ensure quality care is available to the community.

4. Engage in the recruitment, training, and retention of medical personnel, working closely with the Regional Director and administrative staff.

5. Ensure the clinic provides affordable healthcare services by managing resources effectively and developing improved management practices.

6. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and accrediting bodies, regularly assessing operations and initiating necessary changes.

7. Foster communication between the clinic and external health organizations, government agencies, and insurance providers.

8. Prepare performance reports for review, discussing productivity and maintaining professional development to stay updated on industry trends.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred.

Experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting is essential, along with knowledge of medical office operations and healthcare regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with lifestyle interventions for chronic disease management
  • Experience with EPIC software
  • Background in medical billing
