- Supervise staff to guarantee that tables are set to the highest standards, assisting during busy periods as needed.
- Welcome and seat guests, presenting menus and making thoughtful recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Ensure accurate recording and delivery of food and beverage orders, maintaining presentation standards.
- Oversee assigned sections, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance in accordance with relevant health and safety standards.
- Anticipate guest needs, responding to requests and ensuring satisfaction with both food quality and service.
- Engage in dining room entertainment and assist in various dining venues as required.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service delivery.
- Adhere to responsible service practices, promoting a customer-first approach.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in restaurant management roles, such as Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
- Experience in fine dining or luxury hotel environments is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing a team of at least 20 staff members.
- Valid passport required.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and staff.
- Proficient in reading and writing English to understand procedures and provide instructions.
- Work cycles consist of 26 weeks on board followed by vacation.
- Competitive salary with performance-based commissions, discussed during the interview.
- All meals provided, along with accommodation and uniform.
- Medical coverage on board and return flights included.
