  • Welcome and seat guests, presenting menus and making thoughtful recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Ensure accurate recording and delivery of food and beverage orders, maintaining presentation standards.
  • Oversee assigned sections, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance in accordance with relevant health and safety standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs, responding to requests and ensuring satisfaction with both food quality and service.
  • Engage in dining room entertainment and assist in various dining venues as required.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to responsible service practices, promoting a customer-first approach.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in restaurant management roles, such as Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
  • Experience in fine dining or luxury hotel environments is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing a team of at least 20 staff members.
  • Valid passport required.
Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and staff.
  • Proficient in reading and writing English to understand procedures and provide instructions.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Work cycles consist of 26 weeks on board followed by vacation.
  • Competitive salary with performance-based commissions, discussed during the interview.
  • All meals provided, along with accommodation and uniform.
  • Medical coverage on board and return flights included.
