Community Support Specialist

At Thresholds, we are committed to providing mental health and substance use treatment support in the community. As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals access the resources they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management services to clients, connecting them with resources and helping them navigate complex systems.
  • Assist clients in developing daily living skills, including transportation to appointments and access to benefits.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities, including clinical supervision, to deepen your knowledge and expand your clinical skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license, current car insurance, and daily access to your own car.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
