Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Manage payroll for clients, including calculations, deductions, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Tax Preparation: Assist in preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Maintain accurate records of transactions, process invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. You will ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data into accounting software.
