We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at ProPivotal. This key role will be responsible for leading and executing financial operations essential to our organization's daily activities.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Prior experience in a higher education setting is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports
  • Review income/expenses to ensure accuracy and policy compliance
  • Approve procurement transactions, including purchasing, requisitions, and travel
  • Improve financial processes to align with university goals
  • Train and onboard staff in finance systems
  • Oversee setup and permissions for platforms like SAP and CRM

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budget forecasting, and managing financial operations using tools like Excel and SAP
  • Familiarity with SAP, Coupa, and Concur systems
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $50–$55/hour
  • A hybrid set-up with 3 days remote and 2 days onsite
  • A 6-month contract with potential for extension
