Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Project Manager to join our team at Tocci Construct. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing financial management for construction projects while supporting corporate finance activities.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage subcontract documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Process owner requisitions, including AIA billing, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reconcile project accounts to ensure alignment between project operations and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with project teams on change orders and budget revisions.
  • Assist with invoice processing and purchase order management.
  • Manage payments to subcontractors and vendors, verifying proper approvals and documentation.
  • Maintain subcontractor compliance by monitoring insurance, lien waivers, and other required documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate cost reporting and revenue recognition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience with software such as Timberline, Procore, and Textura.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
