About TetraScienceTetraScience, a leader in the Scientific Data and AI Cloud space, is hiring an Accounting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring the timely completion of month-end close entries, and driving advancements in accounting processes through technology.

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Take charge of day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger management and assistance with accounting issues
  • Lead the completion of month-end close entries, which includes journal preparation, account reconciliations, and producing financial reports
  • Contribute significantly to commission-related responsibilities
  • Analyze financial statement accounts and provide research support when needed
  • Develop and implement procedures to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency
  • Leverage expertise to lead annual financial audits under the guidance of the Controller
  • Ensure compliance with ASC 606 standards through detailed analysis and scheduling
  • Oversee tax reporting and filing using Avalara
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
