Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at HRI Development. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless candidate experience while supporting our hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assess candidate applications and resumes, setting up in-person interviews with hiring managers and HR representatives.
  • Track and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide regular communication to hiring managers on recruitment progress and activity.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
  • Maintain and update job postings on our ATS, external job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on online job postings.
  • Confirm job offers, initiate background screening, and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage online onboarding tasks for new hires, ensuring timely completion and sending reminders as needed.
  • Schedule start dates for new hires and coordinate with hiring managers and HR.
  • Provide weekly staffing activity updates and assist with coordination of job fairs and other recruitment events.
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • US work authorization required.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Workday and ADP recruiting software tools.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • Working knowledge of social media and ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a professional demeanor.
  • Multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in hospitality/hotels is strongly preferred.
